In order to facilitate speedy turn around, we will provide you with a confidential status report questionnaire which is completed for the purpose of providing us with most all the information about your company, rather than gathering it in person.
You, as the seller, will make warranties and representations with respect to the business, covering financial disclosures, legal matters, and other information we deem pertinent. We will base our offer on these disclosures, and it will not be necessary to visit the company facilities prior to signing a definitive purchase agreement
After the execution of the sale document, we reserve the right to visit the premises, and conclude any due diligence investigation necessary for closing.
Material submitted to us and all other discussions are held in strictest confidence and we will indicate promptly the extent of our interest.
